I struggled during my first postpartum. I ate the wrong foods and found myself uncomfortable, irregular, and tired. Determined to change my next postpartum season, I found some resources that completely changed everything. Preparing frozen meals for myself and friends out of our home led to our organic postpartum meal delivery service, Restorative Roots, which now supports families nationwide!

My other passion is baking, and the organic lactation treats I made were such a hit that we decided to create a new space just for them. And so, The Milk Market was born!
