Refund policy

Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your journey through Motherhood.

This is a Mom-owned company and we only want happy customers.  If there's a problem with your order please let us know right away and be sure to take photos of any concern.  If we or the carrier goofed, we'll either send you new food or refund our mistake.

Please visit the contact page and submit you request, including your order number and reason for concern, and we'll get back to you right away.

Things to note:

 If you are not completely satisfied with your The Milk Market products, please contact support@milkmarket.shop within 30 days of delivery. We will happily review you your Order and any reported issues and offer a replacement of the Product in question, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund. Since we are not able to physically access the Product, we may ask that you provide photos of the Product label and damage reported. We may, at our discretion, send a pre-paid return label for you to ship the item(s) back for refund or replacement. This allows us to inspect the item to understand what went wrong and to continuously improve our products.

When placing your Order, please enter your shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy and review your receipt/account for any errors. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly or move please email support@milkmarket.shop immediately for correction or correct it via your account.
