We want to make shipping simple and transparent. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after your order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT may begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping thresholds. Any such offers will be shown on the website or at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, estimated transit times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days, if available

Digital Gift Cards: delivered by email, typically shortly after purchase
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages. If that happens, you may receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, supply chain disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may require payment of a new shipping charge before resending the package.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, shipping becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@milkmarket.shop within 5 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
We review damage claims case by case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution where appropriate.
Food Product Notice
Our products are food items. Please store and use them according to the instructions on the packaging.
